MMA Colleague Chat: AASLH's STEPS Program
Tuesday, April 8
2 PM
STEPS is the American Association for State and Local History's self-paced assessment program for small to mid-sized history organizations. Organizations enrolled in the STEPS program have access to a workbook, online resources, and an online community of other organizations participating in the program. The goal of the program is to help enrolled organizations review their current practices and benchmark themselves against national museum standards. Is your organization participating in the STEPS program? Are you interested in joining the STEPS program for your organization? Join MMA members and other participants to share and discuss how the processes of the STEPS program are going for their organization, ask questions to those already enrolled in the program, and see if this program might be right for your organization. Location: The MMA Zoom account. You can join via phone or internet. Instructions for connecting will be sent with registration confirmation.
