Through the MMA Scholarship Fund, donors help students, emerging museum professionals, and museum colleagues attend the Annual Conference.

We met our goal to fund seven scholarships for the 2026 conference but 15 people applied. We are hoping to send at least one more person. Each scholarship is valued at approximately $500 and includes conference registration plus a stipend to help offset travel and other attendance-related expenses. 

Each figure on the map represents one scholarship; as donations are received, more figures will be highlighted, illustrating how supporters across Michigan are opening doors for the next generation of museum leaders.
