Conference Planning Teams OverviewThe 2024 Conference will had three planning teams made up of MMA staff and volunteers that meet/met January through May. The conference logistics team will form in the summer and will meet monthly the third Wednesday of the month July thought November. Basecamp is used for communications and coordination of the team activities. On-Site Logistics
