Major gifts are a critical component of any organization’s annual giving program, but securing major gifts can be challenging - especially for organizations with limited budgets and small teams.
In this webinar, Andy Debraber, Senior Strategist with Kennari Consulting, will discuss how to build and manage a successful major gifts program, regardless of your budget or team size. 

Andy Debraber joined Kennari Consulting in 2024 as a Senior Strategist. He works with clients in annual campaigns, capital campaigns, board development, major gifts, and planned giving. Andy’s strong relational skills and holistic approach build the kind of trust that lifts organizations to higher program performance and fund development results. His experience leading fund development seminars and workshops across the country complements his role with Kennari and its educational initiatives through Fundkit.

With 26 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Andy has served as an executive director in West Michigan and as a major gift officer and director of philanthropy for a national organization.
