Volunteer Help WantedThe Michigan Museums Association depends upon our volunteers and museum colleagues for everything we do! We are currently recruiting volunteers for our 2026 Conference Planning Team and our 2026 Conference On-Site Logistics Team. These teams will support our annual conference which will be held October 19-21st in Oakland County. The Conference Planning Team will help plan conference events, programs, and local experiences. This team will meet via zoom on the third Wednesday of the month at 2pm, January-May. Recruitment is open for this team through January 16th. The Conference On-Site Logistics Team will help prepare on-site logistics and volunteer in person at the conference in October. We would like a good number of volunteers on this team to attend the conference, but you do not need to attend the conference to assist in the months prior. This team will meet via zoom on the third Wednesday of the month at 2pm, July-September. Recruitment is open for this team through July 10th.
