Monday, October 23 at 6:30 pm. at Sloan Museum of Discovery 

Kick off the conference with the opening reception at the totally re-imagined, re-built Sloan Museum of Discovery. Located in the heart of the Flint Cultural Center Campus, the Sloan Museum allows the young (and young at heart) to learn, explore, and investigate a STEM topics and Genesee County History.  Enjoy a variety of hors d’ oeuvres and drinks while you reconnect with old friends and create new one. Make sure you stop into the Discovery Lab to create your own button to wear proudly during the conference. Beer, wine, and a specialty drink with be available. 1 drink ticket will be provided per person, cash bar will accept cash and credit card payment. Parking is available in the north lot of the museum. (No food or drinks allowed in the galleries)
