We all have the potential of experiencing a midlife crisis.  What about a career crisis?  Job not inspiring you? Jealous of that colleague moving on to a new position?  Feeling guilty about not being excited about tackling the next strategic plan?  In this Q&A session we will explore some of the telltale signs of career burnout, how we lose sight of those things that bring us joy both personally and professionally, and learn ways to explore alternatives for the future.

Craig Olson is an Executive Coach who works with individuals  contemplating career transitions, emerging leaders, and leaders going through organizational transition.   He is especially interested in his clients' stories, but one question drives the majority of his conversations: “How can you take your experiences, both good and bad, and use them to create a better future for yourself and those around you?”
