We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. This position is responsible for the coordination and administration of operational activities within the organization. This includes developing and maintaining operational processes and procedures, as well as overseeing the execution of these procedures. The Operations Administrator also supports other admin staff to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently. In addition, this individual will provide administrative support to the Executive Director with weekly financial reports, and plan and execute projects as needed.

This position serves as a hub and supports numerous growing areas of the Museums mission and business plan. It is crucial this individual has the capability to multitask, strong communications & organizational skills, experience with office software and a willingness to learn professional museum software and reporting systems, as well as being a critical team member of the Michigan Maritime Museum.
