Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Handler at Artpack Services Inc. in Farmington Hills, MI. The Art Handler will be responsible for transportation of fine arts, field installation, and art handling on a day-to-day basis. 

The starting rate is based on experience, between $18 - 22/hr.

Qualifications

• Communication and Art Handling skills
• Field Installation skills
• Ability to work with delicate and valuable artworks
• Experience with collections management is a plus
• Knowledge of conservation practices
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Physical fitness, comfortable on ladders/scaffolding and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Overnight travel up to 2x a month
