Conversations with Colleagues Need some expert advice? Interested in sharing your advice and experiences with other institutions? "Conversations with Colleagues" matches applicant institutions or individuals seeking information or advice with other Michigan museum professionals who are willing and able to share their experience and expertise. The application process is simple, the format is informal dialog. Help with all areas of museum operations is available: governance, policy, volunteer management, fundraising, and collections. MMA will match you with a museum professional with expertise in your area of need. The applicant is expected to reimburse his or her colleague for out-of-pocket expenses involving travel or telephone consultations.
