The current location opened in 1997. Since the museum has opened it has seen almost 4 million guests and over 200,000 visitors annually. Full-time position Competitive salary and benefits package Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 depending upon experience Job Summary Responsible for facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, renovations and repairs including carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and grounds-keeping for a building that is 100 years old; care and efficient operation of all equipment; maintenance of exhibits on the museum floor; cleanliness of museum ordering maintenance supplies; maintenance of relationships and contracts with third-party vendors and contractors including security services, cleaning services, trash collection, elevator service, fire inspections/city inspections Essential Duties and Responsibilities
